Shane Carmichael
CEO
Shane Carmichael is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Las Palmas Podcast Studio, where he leads production, operations, and creative strategy. With over two decades in media and entertainment, Shane is recognized as a tastemaker in podcasting, music, TV, and film, with credits behind some of the biggest top-ranked shows including Mayim Bialik's Breakdown, On Purpose with Jay Shetty, Impaulsive with Logan Paul, The Viall Files, and Howie Mandel Does Stuff. Under his leadership, the studio has become a global benchmark for cinematic, multi-camera podcast production and branded storytelling.
Travis Holden
CCO
Travis Holden is the Chief Content Officer of Las Palmas Podcast Studio. As a Los Angeles–based music producer, recording engineer, and content director, Travis has worked on more than 70 major podcasts and has directed or engineered thousands of episodes for some of the most recognizable names in entertainment. At Las Palmas, Travis oversees creative development, production strategy, studio direction, and the visual identity behind the studio's slate of clients and original shows. His blend of creative intuition and technical precision has played a key role in elevating the standard of visual podcasting.
